Dear Reader,
How many times have you said, “I wish I didn’t say that” or “I wish I didn’t do that” – How many times have we said this after reflecting on what we said or did during a moment of “anger”? We regret and then we have to apologise. How many sins have been committed because of anger.
The Prophet s.a.w knew of the harmful effects that anger can have and so when a man came to him and asked “O Messenger of Allaah, advise me,” the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Do not become angry.” The man repeated his question several times and the Messenger said, “Do not become angry.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6116).
Anger is not a proof of our strength, rather it is a great weakness that we have and the Prophet s.a.w also told us “The strong one is not one who can out-wrestle others. Rather, the strong one is one who can restrain themselves when angry.” (Bukhari & Muslim)
When anger overcomes us we sometimes lose control of what we say, we may utter phrases of blasphemy, we may hurt those around us or carry many other sins, and so the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) advised us what to do:
The Prophet s.a.w said, “If you get angry, stay silent.” (Ahmad) and “If you get angry while standing, sit down…. If you get angry while sitting, lie down.”
And further the Prophet informed us that anger is from Satan, and he was created from fire, so we should extinguish anger with ritual ablutions. [Abu Dawud] When a man got angry in front of the Prophet (Allah bless him & give him peace), he told his companions, “I know some words that would make his anger leave, if he said them. They are, A`udhubillahi min al-shaykhtan (‘I seek refuge in Allah from Satan’). (Bukhari)
The righteous (al-muttaqoon) are those praised by Allaah in the Qur’aan and by His Messenger (s.a.w). Some of their characteristics is that they “spend (in Allaah’s Cause) in prosperity and in adversity, [they] repress anger, and [they] pardon men; verily, Allaah loves al-muhsinoon (the good-doers).” (Aal ‘Imraan 3:134)
And for those who restrain their anger a great reward has been promised:
Do not become angry and Paradise will be yours (Saheeh al-Jaami) and in another hadith the Prophet s.a.w tells us: “Whoever controls his anger at the time when he has the means to act upon it, Allaah will call him before all of mankind on the Day of Resurrection, and will let him choose of the Hur al-’Iyn whoever he wants.” (Reported by Abu Dawud)
A’isha (r.a) reports that, “The Prophet entered while she was angry. So he rubbed the tip of my nose and said, ‘My little `A’isha. Say, ‘O Allah, forgive my sin, remove the anger in my heart, and protect me from Satan.’ (Allahumma’ Ghfirli dhanbi, wa adhhib ghaydha qalbi, wa aajirni min ash-shaytan)” (Ibn al-Sunni)
O Allah forgive our sins, remove the anger in our hearts and protect us from shaytaan – ameen

On the first day of Ramadan 28 died from starvation they were my true love my heart said to me. The Israeli have refused food trucks into Gaza pretty much the entire war allowing less and less steadily until none. I stand up to pray and I see children, small babies dying of starvation in front of me on my prayer mat. They are dead before I can even make sujood. Stop this madness it is so cruel and inhumane to starve women, senior, children and men. Israel has killed five thousand more people since I returned to College last week. To Allah we belong to Him we return. I prayed their janaza this morning on the first day of Ramadan after my Fajr Salah. O Allah bless them and raise their rank, peace and feed them. Ya Rabbi I love them forgive them and strengthen them. You do as you please Lord they all are in my heart the same as my children. Qadr Allah wama shae fael.
This is my short dissertation using positive psychology, educational psychology, math and statistics on what's wrong with the world and how to fix it from one full year studying Psychotherapy.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
My father sex trafficked me and waterboarded me for years before I reached 10 yrs old. His favorite game was to knock me unconcious I would wake up to him dancing in his leather moccasins sing song tone that he didn't know how I would ever make money mocking me. He was always laughing at me when I came back to conciousness showing me his wallet while dancing in his slippers laughing at me. My dad either wanted to make money off pimping me or humiliate me for refusing to let him control my life. He was hoping I would sell myself so that he could feel better for selling me as a child. I have said no to $fifty million dollars repeatedly. I cannot be bought or bribed. My father enabled my abusive husband to traffic me ten years and steal all my kids eight years ago. I dont know anyone half as hard working, heartbroken and sincere as myself.
I got left robbed of my kids, broken skull, brain tumor, 5th TBI with amnesia, still legally married, broke, homeless and car jacked 8 years ago with ten attempts at my life 2015 - 2016. My exes couldnt stand having to pay me childsupport and slandered my mental health and have refused to let me have any type of relationship with my kids. I have a very high emotional intelligence with INFJ-A and they're undiagnosed sociopath, narcissists who ruined my life to get out of paying me money. They disagree that I have the right to survive with happiness and satisfaction to love my kids while they are refused access to me and my private parts. They're also my rapists and disgusting ungrateful liars, master manipulators and fuel for hell. They know they're the criminlas they just refuse the reality in running simulations. They purposefully ruined my entire life and I would like to save you the agony in your personal life by teaching you about the real manifestations of narcissistic abuse, I will go into more detail.
America is now like a sick psychiatric hospital run by the narcissistic, sociopaths, psychopaths, the master manipulators and they're all homicidal serial killers; criminally insane. They refuse therapy, have no empathy unless they agreed to it through narcissistic transactional exchanges and monetary bribes.
Narcissists do most of the nation's economic fiscal damage to the nation's economy, small businesses, Corporate America and the Military Industrial Complex. Their direct actions are forcing billions into starvation & homelessness worldwide. They would do it just to save themselves 20% of their income. That's not talking about their earned illicit gains and what they would do to secure that stolen money, bribe money, wrongfully earned property and other illicit gained assets. Their actions impact others in ways that bring unimaginable world horror, global terror, global poverty and global starvation with devastatingly high global inflation. Their actions are crushing the middle class, suffocating the most honest of workers with speech suppression, and causing the fiscal poor to starve to deaths in their own country and in other countries.
Do you hear what I hear, when I hear Japanese math students calling out numbers from their abacus? I hear the numbers of monetary bribes taken by the criminal elite politicians, DA, judges, govt spies, narcissistic theft, intellectual theft costs, master manipulator thefts & bribes, purposeful misuse of tax dollars to be around: $9 quadrillion, 348 Trillion, 494 Billion, 63 million, 70 thousand, and 450 US Dollars.
Do you want to read what I read when I see Japanese? I read Japan man got bombed and it was like the earth squashed him; but it was worse than that; and the after effects from the bombing of Hiroshima even worse than that. Then Im questioned I promised Allah I would worship Him alone and work above top secret saving the world for the sake of Allah. And like Allah promised the earth would never be flooded again He also refused to allow Japan to be wiped off the planet.
Imagine what these greedy violent narcissists would do to secure 70% of their income ? What would they do to get away with their crimes to the abused victims (children) in their households and those (children, spouses & maids) running away from their abusive households? Imagine what they would do to secure trillions in American tax dollars and where, what and who they would funnel trillions of tax dollars; without showing receipts they demanded from the taxpayers? Picture this: Its all fun and games the narcissist is seemingly making money for the company until: they're charming others to drop their pants and they're sleeping with the entire office; stealing time & money from the company/their co-workers/employees/
emotional abuse victims/sexual partners; gaslighting those who know the truth and said no to their charming narcissistic, master manipulation tactics; and refuse to be respectful to anyone who refuses their toxic narcissistic fantasy hallucinations. This will often include accusing others of the very crimes they are doing including having hallucinations, stealing, lying and cheating.
They steal intellectual property of others using master manipulation tactics in the workspace. They lack creative ingenuity with practicality, have no sincere motivation and never create real innovation or anything they are confident about themselves. They steal everything from those around them and then take credit for work they can't reproduce from authentic product creation and its' branding, to intellectual property, real estate, contracts in business settings. In their personal lives they steal children from their own family members and strangers for money from bribes and Child Protective Services Foster Care & Adoption Programs.
Find time. Within how much time is this $9 quadrillion, 348 Trillion, 494 Billion, 63 million, 70 thousand, and 450 US spent incorrectly?

83:1. Woe be to those who make a default in any of their duties and give short measure.
83:2. When they receive measure from other people they receive in full (not allowing the least shortage and loss),
83:3. But when they give by measure to others or weigh to them they give them less (than what is due).
83:4. Do not such people realize that they will be raised (to life again)...
83:7. Nay, (not at all as they believe) the record of (the deeds) of the wicked is in Sijjîn (- the register of a prison).
While breaking the Geneva Conventions and defying reality they have brought us to the brink of being nuked. They know they're all criminals and they agree to disagree in public while swearing they are together in seclusion. They're despicable serial killers who exceeded all norms in corruption. I suggest we abolish taxes and abolish paying public servants. Whoever wants public office must use their own money to fix their district and prove they can generate monthly income to their district through wise fiscal strategies. And we should abolish politicians' salaries, soliciting tax payers money by all means refusing them charity and campaign fundraising too. Making it illegal for them to buy advertising spaces and refusing to give them any platform on social media, television and radio. Big tech feel free to suppress millions of voters on social media and suppress votes too. The machine used at national voting is designed to read barcodes not pen markings and the concern of machine malware to mass change votes is weakness in our system. Congress, the white house and Big Tech all commit murder by their direct actions/policies/inaction and approve of some form of warmongering through the United States military complex and through encouraging it with other nations. But the absolute worst is to call them out in their opinion so they suppress speech and thought. They will never go to therapy, will refuse reality and allow more people to die. They don't believe those people even actually exist. They believe reality is their dream world. They believe this reality is a game and simulation and that they can control reality. And when they see through and the cracks of their narcissistic fantasy of outer objects not conforming to the objects inside their head this causes them to meltdown to violent narcissistic rage tantrums. People are objects that first exist in their head and killing that object in the external world is just like throwing a snapshot picture of someone in the trash in our reality. Greetings they are no longer human killing their humanity sacrificing themselves to an evil entity they psychically connected to in their imagination which they consider reality. They don't break up without killing or trying to kill because that person is just a snapshot that only really exists as an object in their head and a snapshot during external interactions. The reality of the object will always be intimately known by the narcissist and anything the snapshot says thst disagrees with the narcissists belief of the object upsets the narcissist. They will reframe object to snapshot & enablers vigilantly telling on thrmselves while blameshifting playing victim/hero/conquering hero in all interactions. They always run multiple mental simulations checking their appearances. They believe in hammering, crushing, breaking, sabatage to be their defining key to solve their problems. So to them that means to fix something they believe it must get broken. Everything is opposite for the narcissist in comparison to a believer. The heart, eyes, ears, lungs method to breathing and brain functions are all in different positions not complementary to eachother. To the narcissists other people do not exist, only as object in the narcissists head is reality inside the narcissist's mind. The object must be denied continued existence in a happy life without the narcissists because that would mean they are not perfect. That is a glitch in the matrix that cannot be accepted and is actively refused repeatedly all day long, every single day.
During POTUS Trump four years Pompeo thought he was King of America and Its President while none voted for him or his policies. Now he has insisted a innocent journalist must stay in custody for being a journalist producing truths that hurt Pompeo's feelings. Pompeo believes constructive criticism and transparency exposure of crimes committed under CIA is punishable by death. I don't recall voting on that, do you? Did you vote for Pompeo or the CIA to be the King of America? How about George Soros did you vote him? Did you vote for Klaus Shwab? Did you vote for The WEF to be our governing elected body? How about Israel? Did you vote for the baby killing, apartheid state into our governance? I most certainly never saw them on the ballot nor did I hear campaign speeches with public announcements. How about Ukraine did we vote them into joining us as a State of the United States of America. These jokers in office are qualified expert master manipulators and thieves of both State, Federal & Private Secrets. They have perverted the entire justice system and brought wrongful doing and actions shaming the entire nation. They have allowed millions to starve and done actions that outright caused the displacement and starvation of millions not to forget a second and third holocaust wiping out the Armenian and now the Palestinians. Who are the Armenians? Who are the Uighur? Who are the Kashmiri? They think they're America and incapable of being treasonous and traitors. Because they believe without them America wouldn't exist. and We the People are their slaves. I did not vote for any of these treasonous lying world dominating narcissists. And they do not represent my vision for America and they actively block the road to success with speech suppression, insufferably high inflation, economic lockdowns, illegal drug transportation and their manufacture, toxic psychiatric manufacturing, toxic pharmaceutical propagation and forcing it on mass populations against their will, witch hunt lawsuits, racism and other unlawful actions to war against the people refusing their inalienable constitutional rights according to the constitution of the United States. So what's Pompeo doing unethical hacking with things like Pegasus and still unable to produce the most wanted terrorists!? What could the CIA honestly put on their resume not allowed to lie and hide? Overthrowing nations, forcing millions into poverty and war, starving and imprisoning journalists, torturing detainees..? disgusting. Their treasonous sins make the ethical puke. Notice they have not picked up and arrested any of the most wanted fugitives in twenty years? Go check the lists. They're goddamned sick and refusing to do the job we pay them to do while making millions warmongering through the military industrial complex and other unethical abnormal behaviors.
I am convinced that every mentally ill families scapegoat is made homeless on purpose to squash their success in life to save the world. Furthermore, I am convinced that most every scapegoat wanted to save the world and others lives at one time or all the time and were completely rejected by their narcissistic parent(s). And/Or they were deprived their rightful allotment from family resources in a number of ways due to the greed of their relatives and those in authority over them intentionally. These mentally ill criminals further increase the nation's homeless population to boost their own narcissistic ego at taxpayers' cost. These narcissists always play pass the buck, blame shifting, attacking others character ruthlessly, refuse inner growth suggestions and actions, healthy growth and emotional enlightenment. They never see the direct harms of their actions, they're purposely unteachable, deaf, dumb and blind to emotional intelligence, responsibility and enlightenment. These narcissists cost taxpayers money for every person they deem unworthy of three square meals and a roof over their head. These people are never happy and always bored/paranoid and hyper vigilant. These are not normal mentally healthy people particularly care to be around. The narcissists are insufferable constantly criticizing everyone & everything to show their special uniqueness. They are hypervigilant, paranoid, bored, bad mannered, thieves and they lack creatively and intellectually. They only feel narcissistic intoxication, happiness high and satisfaction type feelings with a heavy set of side dishes called I'm Still Waiting. They only feel satisfied with their daily dinner and roof over their head knowing that someone else has nothing to eat and nowhere to call home because of their direct actions. This is the only way they feel which enables them to enjoy their meals and the roof over their heads knowing that the target has none of these same resources. And they will wake up every morning vigilant to spend the entire day playing the victim accusing their target of every despicable thing they themselves did to the target to everyone who will listen to keep their target from reaching a daily meal and roof over their head. This means the narcissist intentionally makes taxpayers shoulder burdens while communities suffer the harms never reaching it's full potential success. The world is denied a strong amount of simple, sweet and uniquely creative flourishes bringing peace, beauty snd happiness when these people are abused. They are left for dead to be raped, robbed and eventually trafficked and or killed by their narcissistic parent(s). They believe they're the ancient most special guru gods. Know-it-alls who will routinely dish-out toxic narcissistic abuse to get their feel goods while stealing credit, work and feigning originality. They have no real empathy but they can pretend to have it for toxic transactional exchanges from others (flying monkeys) who enable them to be enabled back at a later date on a different toxic agenda. They have no emotional intelligence, no moral compass, they don't accept remorse, regret or shame responsibly and are always bored. They can't stand constructive criticism, advice, being reminded that one has to work to achieve greatness; remain humble about it, while accepting advice. They refuse good intentions of others unless it was approved by them and made their image God. They reject all hints of any imperfection and are constantly running simulations checking their appearance. They cannot pay attention and dismiss good ideas, genius and innovation. They refuse reality, refuse to get with reality and will never stop interjecting their disgusting narcissistic hallucination fantasyland onto others. Their extreme entitlement, arrogance, know it all rude nonsense literally causes brain damage. Not only will your feelings get hurt by them repeatedly devaluing sincere hard work, truth, trust, honesty, humbleness but you will end up stupid and with brain damage. The damage will take years to repair intellectually, physically & emotionally. These types of toxic narcissists never take responsibility while knowing they're wrong. They refuse reality and therapy. They hate being reminded of reality and you cannot tell them no without them throwing a narcissistic rage tantrum to those under their authority. They refuse to be refused their entitlement and throw narcissistic rage tantrums breaking and stealing other peoples property regularly and then deny doing it to those under their authority. They often forget what their narcissistic fantasy hallucinations are with their web of lies they already told. They must abuse and reframe everyone and every situation under their authority all the time because they cannot remember all their lies. Their story will always change, pretending to be either: the victim, the savior and or the conquering hero. They will often reframe situations and targets blatantly lying to the target and others about the target. They actively encourage the entire workplace, family and community to reject their target. The company success flounders never gaining it's true prosperity the target envisioned for the company. The best talented and moral targets in the building are set up to fail and doomed to have their reputation and personal life ruined by the narcissist. The narcissist will always have a gang of criminal enablers verifying their side of the story and those enablers do commit perjury for money, gifts and status of respectability from the narcissists. The target will not have even one person on their side. The target will be left alienated, broken, homeless and left for dead. The world problems go unsolved and get worse, while the criminally insane keep their tight grip over the nation, encouraging it to get more corrupt and encouraging/forcing/
bribing/enticing that corruption on every other nation too.
I believe we are about to be bombed by a nation with nuclear capabilities. I recommend emptying a fridge out to jump inside in case you have a warning and timing. I don't believe we will survive this nation's malfeasance and we will be nuclear bombed by another country because of the nations criminal cartel on tax payers dime; gaslighting, lying, stealing, war mongering, encouragement of genocide, refusal to uphold the Geneva Conventions, illegal global bullying of third nations. They let terrorists in through open borders and they dont make any major fugitive recovery arrests in twenty years. To admit there are many lists of wanted non apprehended terrorists would mean they are not perfect already as an organization and that they need to change and obey the law. For a people always bored they have a lot of complaints, blame shifting, gaslighting, coupdetat globally and infantcide with millions starving to death in pockets all over the world. That would mean they're not perfect and Our federal agents proved no criminal is too dangerous to be ignored, given keys to the city and govt positions. They really are treasonous thieves who may or may not be narcissistic but have successfully destroyed the world. But they are so fit to destroy the world to feel its warmth and see its light. The nuclear explosion will leave some people's skin clinging to their bodies like a ripped and beaded 80's t -shirt. The heat will feel like a big, hot relaxing fart escaping from your head. Japan never deserved the bomb we dropped on Hiroshima. I reject those who believe a nation has the right to nuke another nation. What goes around comes around. What goes up must come down. None is as corrupt and anti their nation as those calling themselves POTUS, VP, Congress, CIA & FBI. All of them sold out Palestine accepting money from Israel's AIPAC & other money funneling to allow Israel to get away with genocide. It seems to me Japan was bombed out of an insane, irrational narcissistic rage tantrum from illegal narcissistic jealousy. A rage tantrum that never got punished as it deserves capital punishment. Narcissists who refuse therapy should be outlawed from positions they could use to emotionally and physically hurt others.
(Quran Sura 7)
7:1. Alif Lâm Mîm Sâd
7:2. (This Qur’ân is) a (glorious) Book revealed to you that you may warn (the erring) therewith, and (that it may be) a source of eminence and honour to the believers. Let there be no constriction in your mind on this account.
7:3. (People!) Follow (the Message) which has been revealed to you by your Lord and follow no patrons (as you assume them to be), apart from Allâh. How little heed you pay to admonition!
7:4. So many a (rebellious) township have We caused to be ruined; so Our punishment visited them by night or while they were taking their midday rest;
7:5. So that their cry meant nothing when Our punishment came upon them except that they (apologisingly) said, ‘Truly we were wrongdoing people.’
7:8. On that day the weighing (- the judging of deeds) will be just and true, then he whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, it is these only who shall attain their goal.
7:9. And those whose scales are light (and their deeds of little account), it is they who have made their souls suffer losses because they have been unjust with regard to Our Messages.
7:38. He (- God) will say, ‘Enter into the Fire along with the communities that have passed away before you, from among the jinns and ordinary people.’ Every time a (new) community enters it, it curses its sister (evildoing community), until when they have all followed one another into it, the last of them will say with regard to the first of them (-the leaders), ‘Our Lord! These led us astray so give them punishment of the Fire over and over again.’ He will say, ‘Everyone is having (his punishment) over and over again, but you do not know (about one another).’
7:39. And the first of them, (- their leaders) will say to the last of them (- the followers), ‘(If we are to blame), you (too) are no better than we. Suffer therefore, the punishment of your (evil) deeds.’
